Objective Setting
At the beginning, we aimed to elevate the brand on social media platforms in a unique way, as each branch has its own page separate from the main brand page. Our focus was on creating specific branding for each branch in its respective area. We initially started with the Kafr El-Dawar branch, followed by the Mahalla branch, and finally, not the last, the Etay El-Baroud branch.
Target Audience
Mothers and fathers with children aged from one month to 12 years, as well as men and women aged from 21 to 45 years, in the areas specific to each branch.
Media Buying Strategy
Campaign Execution
We focused on promoting the brand in Kafr El-Dawar and encouraging people to visit the branch. We played a significant role before the opening by creating excitement through various prediction competitions. Upon the opening, we offered special deals for the Kafr El-Dawar branch and prioritized increasing organic engagement over paid advertisements. Thankfully, the plan succeeded, resulting in a fantastic opening at the Kafr El-Dawar branch, with our audience becoming more interested and engaged on social platforms, with or without ads.
We applied the same strategy to the Etay El-Baroud and Mahalla branches, and it was successful in both locations. The openings were outstanding, and by the grace of God, we are leading in sales at the Mahalla branch among the first three branches so far. We started collaborating with bloggers to promote the branches and enhance the brand, which helped strengthen our brand and compete with other brands.
Challenges and Solutions
Our primary issue was the lack of consumer engagement on our pages and low sales in other governorates. We managed to boost engagement on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and achieved significant success in this area. Sales started to increase both in-store and online significantly. Additionally, we began focusing on branding and strengthening the brand name during this period.
