Objective Setting
Our primary goals were to achieve the highest financial return and increase brand awareness and the strength of our products in Beheira Governorate and the surrounding areas. After a comprehensive evaluation, we noticed that the brand has a strong impact in some areas in Beheira, but it is not the most prominent on social media. Therefore, we implemented a comprehensive marketing strategy plan since April 10, 2023 to improve our digital presence and enhance our online results, which contributed to achieving our marketing goals, thanks to God
Target Audience
We conducted a comprehensive analysis to determine the most likely categories to purchase from our brand, and we found that there are several main groups that benefit from our products:
- Pregnant mothers and newborns: We offer a variety of baby products and essentials that meet their needs.
- Parents with children from one to 14 years old: We divided this category into several groups:
From one to five years old: Includes toys for toddlers (toys for girls and boys).
From 6 to 9 years old: Includes educational and entertaining toys (toys for girls and boys).
From 10 to 14 years old: Includes toys and activities suitable for teenagers (toys for girls and boys). - Youth from 15 to 21 years old: We offer youth products such as skates, skateboards, and wheels that suit the interests of this age group.
- Merchants and distributors: We also offer wholesale offers for merchants who want to purchase our products in bulk
Media Buying Strategy
Campaign Execution
Initially, our focus was on testing the performance and productivity of ad pages, especially during the upcoming Eid period. At that stage, we had no clear strategic plan or guidelines. So, we did the following:
Launched a test ad campaign to measure the performance of the pages and understand the current situation, but the results were not satisfactory, which forced us to adopt the marketing funnel approach
We then implemented the necessary steps to increase brand awareness and achieve the ultimate goal, which is to boost sales. By implementing effective strategies, we were able to solve the problem of high advertising costs and achieve good profit from sales. One of the best campaigns we ran was the “Medical Bouncer” campaign, and we will be presenting the results of these campaigns in the near future
Challenges and Solutions
We faced a major problem with weak consumer engagement on our pages and high sales in other governorates. To address this, we increased engagement on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Thanks to this strategy, we saw a significant increase in engagement and strong sales both in stores and online. At the same time, we focused on strengthening branding and enhancing the brand name to achieve greater impact and sustainable success.
